如何設定 Proxy ？

以下是以www.twnic.net(for Tanet user only)這個Proxy為例, 教您如何設定Proxy.
(Hinet user 請設為 proxy.hinet.net port:80)
(SEEDnet user 請設為 proxy.seed.net.tw port:8080)
您可以在本文最後查詢有那些常用的Proxy可供選擇.
選取適當的Proxy將可加速傳輸速率.(通常是選擇離您最近的Proxy)

Netscape: Options -> Network Preferences... -> Proxies (3.0 only)
　
選擇 Manual Proxy Configuration 並按下 View
在 FTP/Gopher/HTTP Proxy: 中填上 www.twnic.net
在相對的 Port: 填上 3128.
Internet Explorer: The Internet -> properties -> Advanced ->
　
選擇 Use Proxy Server
在 Proxy Server: 填上 www.twnic.net:3128
Internet Explorer 3.0(中文): 檢視 -> 選項 -> 連線
　
在 透過 Proxy 伺服器連線到 Internet 上打勾並按下 設定值 按鈕
分別在 HTTP/FTP/Gopher 的 Proxy 位址 填上 www.twnic.net
並在 連接埠 中填上 3128
Unix: (Mosaic, Lynx...)
